Great grip in the snow and ice, great waterproof protection, impeccable quality. Took a few 5mi hikes to break them in, but I didn't even get any blisters from that process. The soles have this lump in them that seems like it will be uncomfortable, but then you start walking and it's cushion for the pushin'! Lol they have very little ventilation, hence the Addidas I have in the other cubbie for summer/warmer weather. My feet were nice an warm in 10° CO weather on a 15mi hike. They started sweating profusely on the drive home. Do not wear in warm weather unless you're changing socks each hour lol you'll be squishing in your own boot sweat.
