This is a great stylish shoe that will hopefully last a long time being that it is constructed of leather. I have narrow feet and most shoes run too wide on me, but these fit great. I'd consider them in between a true narrow and regular; leaning more towards a regular. They do fit a bit small in length compared to other shoes. I usually wear a 9-9.5 and my big toe just barely touches in these with a 9.5. It's not enough to bother me, as a 10 would then be too wide on my foot, but it's worth noting. I'd size up a half size if you are looking at these. The cushioning is adequate and nothing worth complaining or praising about. They have a good arch support for those needing it as well. So far I am very pleased.
