I got this book because in a few weeks I'm going to be hiking some trails in the Escalantes including the coyote gulch and calf creek.It's a very cool book with maps and descriptions on trails and trail ratingsIt does not have the exact trail for coyote gulch that I planned on taking but it does have a comparable one and the map almost shows the trail that I wanted.Looking up both trails. They're both beautiful and so I may switch to the trail that's in the bookIt has the exact calf creek trail I was interested inAnd it has so many other trails that I plan on doing on future trips to UtahI would recommend this book to anyone interested in hiking the escalantes
